This workout was a lot better than the first. Whether it was the time of day (not before a shift in work), not having eaten or simply my body adjusting, I was able to do the jogging intervals faster and maintain them a lot more easily. To be honest, the only thing that stopped me from keeping going was the fact I started in work at 10 and needed to shower and drive to work. Still a long way to go, but the exercise seems a lot less futile now.
My workout was:
5 minutes – Brisk warmup walk.
20 minutes – Alternate 60 seconds jogging / 90 seconds walking.
5 minutes – Cool down.
