Another Nerd Fitness post to share, this time, the Rules of the Rebellion.
As a site run by nerds, for nerds, “The Rebellion” (from Star Wars) is the term used for members, followers, or anyone who follows the rules. Simply put, this list of 11 rules tells you how to exercise, and more importantly, how to fit the exercise into your daily life. Skipping a school play to visit the gym, or pushing (and eventually dropping) a workout which you don’t enjoy is not a sustainable way to exercise. The rules are a little “heavy” in parts, particularly if you don’t want to bulk up, but the principles are good to live by.
