Back onto shifts at work now for another six days. I didn’t manage anything spectacular during my days off, a few brisk walks was all. I was looking forward to this morning’s workout though, I felt a little stiff after four days off!
Not feeling 100% this morning I slowed the pace a little, still sticking to the plan though. This was a pretty good idea looking back, meant I completed but still had a good workout!
Overall the workout went well, completed anyway! Things do seem to be getting a little easier but there is still such a long distance to go.
My workout was:
5 minutes – Brisk warmup walk.
21 minutes – Alternate 90 seconds jogging / 120 seconds walking.
5 minutes – Cool down.
