Game of Thrones Workout

It is no secret that I am a geek. I love US TV, nothing more than Game of Thrones. Having read all of the books, the events of last week’s episode was no surprise to me. However, as we approach the last episode (in the UK, it is tonight), I thought it may be fun to share what I found online to spice up the viewing pleasure.

The Under 20 Blog has a “Tone while you Throne” page. As good as the exercises are, they do not really relate to Game of Thrones.

Anytime Health have taken it a little further with their GOT workout. There are a few bits which viewers may need to change (no spoilers here….) but that is simple enough!

Or why not take a look at Blood Sweat & Cheers for their version?

If these do not really float your boat, and you would prefer dedicating your Game of Thrones time to your TV, and only your TV, then consider some knightly workouts. Alternatively, read this interview with Nikolaj Coster-Waldau who discusses how he keeps in shape for his role as Jaime Lannister…
