Weigh In

Four weeks down, and I have taken my first blip in my weigh in. After working hard at the gym yesterday I have put on 2.5lbs. There is a school of thought that water retention can be high after an intense workout, particularly for those who who do not workout often.

My masterplan to kick this in is to work hard this week, and exercise the day before weigh in again, to keep the downward overall trend!
