Momentum – The Nerd Fitness Way

As it is quite clear, I love the Nerd Fitness blog. I enjoy the way it is presented, and can “get” everything which they say in relation to films, games and comic books. Another post today from reading a NF post, this time, the power of momentum.

The Mario Kart Guide to Momentum is great because it shows how an exercise regime can make a huge difference, as well as proving that everyone has the opportunity to do some exercise throughout the day.

By considering the time it takes anyone to build up the momentum of an exercise programme, it seems silly to permit life’s small niggles (or big drama) to get in the way of your healthy habits. Taking a quick lap around the office, adding a 15 minute workout at the start of the day or finding a little bit of time to make your meals are all little ways to maintain the momentum built up by hours of exercise.
