Quick one today, trying to gauge what, in the opinion of those reading, “is fitness”?
Is it being able to run long distances? How about being able to lift lots? Or how about sprint out of trouble? Maybe being able to climb the stairs without requiring CPR?
I had chance to read the 5 Fitness Benchmarks from the Art of Manliness, which made me think about what the definition of fitness actually is. Answer below, and please do comment!
