What am I working towards? This list is my personal record of my goals and targets…

All of these are until 31st December 2014 unless otherwise listed…

  1. Find a good workout plan and set up a schedule.
  2. Run solid for 10 minutes.
  3. Run solid for 20 minutes.
  4. Run solid for 30 minutes.
  5. Run solid for 40 minutes.
  6. Run solid for 50 minutes.
  7. Achieve 5km whether walking or running.
  8. Achieve 5km by running alone with no resting.
  9. Achieve 10km whether walking or running.
  10. Achieve 10km running with no resting by 7th May 2014.
  11. Reduce BMI to 30 and maintain until 31st December 2013.
  12. Reduce weight to 13st7lbs.

  1. Good luck with the goals. When I started running in January 2012 I used to do repeats of 20 seconds of running. I’ve never forgotten how hard it was to start.
